Metal GateThe gate metal work being done offsite. Even with a simple gate design, which I highly recommend as the normal elaborate Thai style gates I find ugly, some parts cannot be done by normal site workers, such as the circle rounds, as a machine is used to bend the metal. Skirting BoardThe skirting board is brand shera (same as the soffit material). It is affixed by drilling holes in the concrete wall and inserting a plastic grommet. Then a hole is drilled in the skirting board which then is drilled into place. The screws are countersunk so they are level with the surface.
