House PlanThe house design is based on Australian home designs from Henley Properties and Simond's Homes. The entrance, study and master bedroom are based on Henley Properties designs, with the rest of the house following design ideas from Simond's Homes.
The area of the house is 250 square metres (including the front porch and rear outdoor area). The quoted price from a builder was 1.7 million baht, however we have decided to manage the project in-family, and are sourcing all the materials ourselves. Max&Bee-in-CM
