Bad Cement - IndicationsThis is an example of stale cement. Cement has a shelf life of about 2 months and after that it becomes non powdery and sticks together much like this large size clump indicates. Workers will often try to use this cement with out saying anything but it is low quality and can be returned if it came from the store this way. dozer00000
