Measure land infill heightUsing a water tube, the height of the soil infill is measured. It should be 50 cm, but it was found to vary between 25 and 40 cm. Hence the soil man was told to fill to the agreed level of 50 cm, and not beat around the bush, by saying the land is uneven in places. Payment is being withheld until 50 cm is achieved on the whole land.
The agreement was verbal - next time everything will be in writing - lesson learnt - don't trust anyone.Max&Bee-in-CMJun 25, 2010
