Friday the 13thI hated to see this pour stop in the middle of a room like this and left to start curing before the finish but not much I could do about it. At least it only stayed like this for an hour or so.pklongballFeb 14, 2009

Friday the 13thWell several more days have passed and the team has finished the prep work for the floor and today they brought in the trucks of concrete to finish the floor and this stage of the build. The builder under-estimated the quantity and ran short to finish the floor by about half a truck. So they ended the pour by mixing the rest by hand. Apple explained he made the floor thicker than he planned and that he did not take the extra thickness into account when he ordered the concrete.pklongballFeb 14, 2009

Mrs PK the "Supervisor"Sunday, Feb 8, 2009 Almost all of the sub-floor precast panels are in place. The builder's order was about 15 panels short. Not a big deal as he can get more quickly to fill the open spaces and get the floor poured this next week then it's on to the roof steel and roofing and the walls.pklongballFeb 08, 2009

3 Feb 2009Carrying the panels from the stack to the house floor takes 4 Thai men and some sweat. They only have about 60 more to go.pklongballFeb 03, 2009
