1/26/2007 13:22A Thai furniture makers favorite tool is a power nail driver. Nails are strong enough, but wood screws are much better. Next project I specify the use of wood screws throughout. One reason is if you want to change something, the thing can be disassembled.tcthFeb 04, 2007

11/23/2006 13:29The most common furniture here is made of teak plywood sheets that are 4 mm thick. These are placed on the outside of furniture wood to form the structure. Note that solid teak furniture is 4 times as expensive as furniture done in this fashion. tcthFeb 03, 2007
