Skim Coat ApplicationApplying the skim coat to the archways. The product used for the skim coat is called 'Nature White' which is a white portland cement skim coat product which mixes up using a drill mounted agitator. Wood Trim for Ceiling FinishThese teak wood trim pieces have a 90 % fitting to allow them to be easily applied to a corner, as in this application. Air Powered Nail GunEvery wood worker will have an air powered nail gun. They shoot small nails into the wood and affix to the sheetrock gypsum board. It is a pretty effective way of attaching trim wood that is used universally in Thailand.dozerSep 27, 2011

Metal GateThe gate metal work being done offsite. Even with a simple gate design, which I highly recommend as the normal elaborate Thai style gates I find ugly, some parts cannot be done by normal site workers, such as the circle rounds, as a machine is used to bend the metal.
