Original Front GateA kind of typical entry gate, ugly metal variety. This is after one of the neighbors dozed all the dirt out of the road (ergo the level of the road looks a little funny).dozer

Old GateThis gate was really heavy, maybe 200kg or more. It opened OK without too much effort due to stainless wheels, but was due for an upgrade.dozer

Gate ArrivesThe stainless gate arrives a few weeks behind schedule, but arrives no the less!!dozer

|
Lower TrackOne undesirable thing during the install was they had to cut into the existing surface along the track to clear an area so that the new stainless track could be welding in place. dozer

WheelsHere is another shot showing the gouge marks along side the track. We used the same size 3" stainless wheel set as is normally used with a stainless gate. 4" would not really accomplish much as the gate is already really light. dozer

Upper TrackThis shows the track which was attached to keep the gate in place when opened. dozer
