Driving 7m long piles for the house footers. A total of 32 piles were driven for the house, which has a first floor foot print of 17.3m x 16.1m. Rick B

Floor slabs being laid over first floor beams. The 6mm rebar seen embedded into the floor beams will be bent over the floor slabs and tied to the wire mesh laid over the floor slabs prior to pouring an additional 5cm of concrete on top of the floor slabs. Footer hole with single pile now ready for footer rebar cage. Pile was driven into ground about 1 meter below grade. Hole was prepared with compacted sand and cement, about 10cm thick each.Rick B
