Just bought more than a few Rai near Jurassic mountain resort as along term investment.

varies from 700k to 850 a rai and the majority of the adjoining land has been snapped up by Chang Beer who will eventually be building golf courses and resorts according to the news.

I expect the prices to increase if and when the High Speed train comes about.
