Yes, I scanned the doc and it is a good read. Some things to add; there is actually an annual property tax different from the transfer fees, payable annaully but it is minimal. Transfer fees have increased and are a bit more than stated in the doc. There is also a special transfer fee for land held under 5 years, but I can't remember the percentage. (normally paid by seller).
