Removed Post on Builder

I removed a post which was neither positive or negative about a particular member who is in the building trade (asking about his abilities). Since due to libel laws here negative information is not allowed, it is not beneficial to have a thread on this topic (even if that service provider is fine, since if there was any negative feedback the entire thread would need to be removed).
