Anyone attending the government land/home auction in Pattaya? I've been there in the past, but not recently. How much is land east of Sukhumvit going for per rai these days? (at auction, not retail)

sorry i cannot answer the above but in my wifes vilage chayaphum the bank can be a cheap source of property or if you want to be really unpopular find out who the local money lender is and what property they can sell you
