Nice website, good to navigate and fast enough.
What I did not find (maybe you could guide me to it) were prices, price-ranges, budgets and other finance-related stuff.

You're right about prices, budgets etc., there isn't one easy to find section with that contains the information. Rather, it is spread out in various articles in the main site http://www.coolthaihouse.com and in the blog http://www.coolthaihouse.com/blog (and in the forum). Here is an example article from the blog with cost information http://coolthaihouse.com/blog/?p=146 . If you are looking at the blog you can try out the search feature and enter 'cost' to pull up a list of articles which have something to do with cost.
