Picture wont Upload

When I try to upload a picture as an attachment it comes up in Red

"It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image".

I go to Upload attachment and then click on my Picture file which is 83.3 KB and in JPG File format, but wont upload

Thanks and I seem to have fixed the problem

I resized the pictures from 83.3 KB up to 185 KB, and them they attached.

Maybe under 100 KB is too small

I think that there is something else as this picture is 47 KB
