upgrade to phpBB 3.0.1

I did a maintenance release today to upgrade the forum software from phpBB 3.0.0 to phpBB 3.0.1. You shouldn't notice much difference really - however, please be on the lookout for anything out of the ordinary and let me know, as things can always get whacked during the installation process.
