reliable builder database.

Post by dozer »

added for Benny.....
Just discovered your web side. Great!
I?m planning to build a house in Pattaya and learned more from your side than any other. Any reliable builders (if this exist?) database should be most welcome.
Thanks & keep up the good work,
Benny

specific recommendation section

Post by dozer »

Hi Benny:

Yes, I agree it would be nice. I'm hoping the 'specific recommendations' section of this forum turns into something like this.....

dozer :)

RElaible builder

Yes, sounds like the answer to the maidens prayer. By this I take it to mean the "Foreman" whose skills are paramount. He will be responisble for putting together his gang and for their workmanship.

I hope we will also get a blacklist - particularly of rogue falangs, there are many our there (Ive had a beer or two with some of them years ago and they are still around)

Of course a good builder cannot perform well unless he has (in bed with) a good customer
(bit like a musician needs a good instrument)
what makes a good customer?

maybe Ill blog this one as the list is too long for here

blacklist

Post by dozer »

I've thought about a blacklist. I would have an engineer, lawyer office and some others to offer up. Unfortunately not in the cards due to libel laws here and I'm not going to open that can of worms. Any 'bad guy' stories need to not specifically name the bad guy..

On the other hand nobody can stop a 'good guys' list.
