Admin verification now required for registration

There have been too many spams getting through. I just turned on the switch to require Admin verification for users. Let me know if you are trying to register and have problems. You should wait 24 hours after you submit the registration for the approval process.

Now it is set for User verification, with the current spam protection everything seems to be working OK.
