I have even made two new friends in my region through it. I arrived at coolhouse by clicking on a wrong link on another site (ajarn.com I think it was). I'm definitely going to put links to it on a couple of sites I am currently developing, and maybe on this one which I built a couple of years ago http://www.nittayo.org because the teachers who visit it may be considering building their first house in Thailand. This very forum section "feedback" has too many threads that are nothing really to do with general feedback about the forum. They belong under the relevant forums which were designed for them. If this forum software makes provision for it, it may be an idea to shift some of the threads over to where they belong before "feedback" gets too cluttered or people miss some interesting stuff by not thinking to look for them here. If the Administrator wants any help here, he only has to ask.
I have written a nice up-to-date compact thing about "Where to buy". It contains sections on the main building materials, links and maps to suppiiers, and tips on how to avoid getting ripped off. It's just knowing where to post it. I think there is room here for a Construction forum called just that: "Where to buy" - Moderator / Administrator please advise me...
