PM Inbox Full

My inbox says it is full and I have 3 messages waiting. I've hit all the buttons I can read including the all the small print, but I can delete old e mails so I can read the new ones. Any suggestions?

Try going in and deleting all of the saved and sent messages.

At the bottom right of each page of PM's [saved or sent messages] there is a 'mark all' link just above the page numbers. Click that and it will put a tick in all the boxes above on the page ... you can then un-click any you might want to keep ... then use the drop-down menu, just above the 'mark all' link, select 'delete all marked' and they will be gone. You may well have to log out and back in again before it takes full effect and allows you to 'show all unread PM's'.

This will only delete all on the page you are viewing ... I don't think there is a blanket way to delete literally everything.
