There has been overall slow internet times the last few days in Thailand in a general sense. As far as the server goes it is in no way overloaded. In the past there was only the problem where the mysql looped locking the system which we have not seen since solving that problem, and also occasionally database access slows a bit due to needing to optimize some internal mysql tables.

I have installed a script which runs every minute and emails the load stats whenever the last 5 min average load is > 40%. This will give a profile during the day, showing if there are any peaks that could reveal problem areas.

Moved web stats processing which was starting at 9:00AM BKK time. The web log parsing puts a significant load on the system and takes about 1 hour. Now it runs at 4:30AM BKK time and runs at a lower priority.
