Unable to Sort Pictures in Picture Gallery

Hate to drag up an old thread I can upload a new picture to my Gallery but no way can I move it

I want the picture to be the first in my Gallery but I continue to get this error message when I try and move it, like this:

Since the move function does not work for me, my previous work around has been to just delete pics that were not it the correct order

Can you try it again? I just changed some security settings.

Now I can spend the rest of my Songkran captivity re-ordering the album

My previously reported problem has returned

I have again lost the abiity to "sort my pictures"

Since any pictures newly uploaded to an album are defaulted to the begining of the album I move them to the bottom so that they stay in order of the build

When I move the pictures and then try and save them (Apply changes) in the new order I get an error message, like so

Please restore my permissions to perform this action

Try this again. There are some minor upgrades I've been doing and I see the one which is causing the same problem and have backed it out.
