Unable to Add Pictures to Forum Picture Gallery

As reported a user could access the picture gallery but was unable to logon and add pictures. I am preparing for a new install of the forum gallery software and during the process of testing apparently stepped on something in the production environment! I isolated the problem and it is now working, so if you tried to add pictures within the last day or two and were unable to please try it again now.
