attachments not visable

having a strange phenomenom at the moment when i look at a thread there are blanks with the jpeg no but no pics ?? if i click the jpeg i get a full screen image and back key puts it back in the box where it should have been in the first place
is my computer going wonkey again ?????

No it's not you it's dozer.
Yesterday he updated the software and soon after I noticed the problem that you are having. He has tried to find out what it is but so far has not been very successful.
On my computer when it happens I sometimes do a refresh / reload the page and it comes up okay. Sometimes not.
I also noticed like you that when you click on the attachment it's actually there, but not in the original thumbnail.
Thanks for mentioning it and hopefully it will get back to normal soon(ish).

It seems to be intermittent. I was having it happen on the firefox browser until I cleared cache. At this point I can't recreate the problem. Also when I was having the problem with the firefox browser it worked fine in internet explorer. As a work around try clearing cache and try it in a different browser.

I am continuing to investigate and will try to resolve this.

I had the same problem Firefox 3.6.15 closed Firefox and then just turned it back on no problem since.

For the last 20 minutes or so everything seems to be working again for me:
Mac OSX 10.6.6 and Safari 5.0.4 and IOS 4.2.1 and Safari.

I noticed that after I made the post and have done so ... strange that as I am set on automatic updates

Glad to hear it is working better. I re uploaded all installed/modified files this morning in case one got stepped on.

If you do have an error and the images do not show:
1.) refresh the screen while holding down the shift key (this will refresh the images as well as text).
2.) clear cache.
3.) try a different browser.
