Archway Completed Section on the RightThe finished archway prior to rendering: notice the lower portion is poured within formwork and the upper portion is brick and mortar. The heavy lower portion is supported by a rebar strand framework which was welded on to the box section at the top. dozer00000

Door FrameA vertical beam will be poured on either side of the door frame. The nail seen extruding from the frame is used as an anchor. It will become embedded in the poured vertical beam and lock the frame in place. dozer00000

Bathroom PVC Door LockingThe bathroom PVC door has a similar method of locking it into place as a conventional door frame. The affixed hardware will become embedded in a vertical beam on either side of the door, locking it into place. dozer00000

PVC Door SupportsThe PVC door for the bathroom will deform easily. Therefore supports must be added to ensure that during the pouring of the vertical beams or the lintel that the door frame doesn't bend.dozer00000
