26 viewsThe hand dug well is a pretty amazing feat. A hole is dug to a slightly larger diameter than the circular drainage fitting to be used. The hole will be no more than about couple of centimeters wider than the rings. (24-May-04)dozer

25 viewsAll of the wood windows have an opening mechanism as pictured here. The window can be opened and closed without having to open the screen. The window is opened by pushing the rod, and closed by pulling it. There is also a locking mechanism on the top of the windows (not shown) which allows the windows to be locked without opening the screen.dozer

25 viewsUpdate 02-Sep-04: Here is the road on a rainy day. Even though the water puddles a bit it is no problem on the areas covered with road stone, since these stones act almost as good as a paved road. The puddles don't get much bigger than this and then the water runs off. (02-Sep-04)dozer

25 viewsThe repaired roof valley. This was kind of a struggle due to inadequate valley aluminum which was then compensated for by using two pieces which are welded together. In any event the valley now looks good and there is no problem with water leakage. (02-May-04)dozer
