Raw Weld106 viewsA raw (prior to rust painting) weld. The 3.2 mm thick electrode rods are used (as opposed to the 2.6 mm variety) for a heavy duty weld. All welds should be inspected when ever possible. dozer

Ring Beam Form Work105 viewsThe form work for the horizontal ring beam is made of plywood. Notice 9mm rebar strips are used to ensure that the form work doesn't deform during the pour. dozer

Kitchen105 viewsThe kitchen area sits at the front of the house to the right of the entry door. The area is tiled in a angled terracotta like red tile. There is an open area at the right of the counter for a oven and at the left of the counter for a refrigerator. The exhaust fan sits above where the oven will go. The counters are granite. dozer

Front of House104 viewsThe columns at the side of the driveway are made from the large size decorative bricks with a poured concrete center. There are lights controllable from a two way switch which run across the front perimeter wall. The driveway is plenty large enough for a pickup truck. dozer

Ceiling Structure103 viewsThe C Lie suspension rails used are the heavier grade and are spaced at about 60 centimeters by 1 meter intervals. Note the tiered ceiling section on the left side (to support the two levels of ceiling structure).dozer

Walking in the Front Door102 viewsThe doors and windows are the thicker white aluminum (than normally used in subdivisions) and have a sturdy feel. This is the view from the front entry as we walk in the house. To the right is the kitchen and straight ahead is the front room, with entertainment and TV area straight ahead and off to the right. dozer

Floor Level100 viewsThe ultimate target floor level is indicated by the prepoured concrete cone in the middle of the picture. Once the CPAC is poured this provides a reference for the leveling process. Note that the finished poured floor is not exactly level, the ultimate leveling occurs during the laying of the ceramic floor tiles. dozer
