SoffitThe soffit material is screwed into the suspension rails in 60 centimeter sections. Note that this nature board (Shera brand) and other soffit material is much more whether resistant than gypsum wallboard (even the moisture resistant kind). Roof InspectionDon't fool yourself into thinking CPAC roof tiles are totally dummy proof. Leaks often occur at the ridge lines and valleys. A inspection during a rain cycle ensures compliance. This roof had no leaks, hurray!dozerSep 27, 2011
