as predicted they left a drain pipe to the outside but nothing feeds into itit is a real mystery where the developments surface water drains to, since the north side of the soi is not tied into the perimeter wall drain ?Shastadad

will tie my drain pipes into this "box" then will seal the concrete blocks so that water will go out the pipeof course this means that expense and trouble of building a catchment basin is now unnecessary Shastadad
