Thanks for the traces which i got sent per PM! It seems to be clear that the very last router before reaching the coolthaihouse server is - sometimes - dropping data packages, which causes timeouts and retries by the browser. These timeouts and retries do make it appearing slow :cry:

I'm collecting some more traces - keep on sending me some when it is slow - to get the IP addresses of the "bad" routers listed. This will allow a discussion with the network administration there...

Also I have the server monitored by a monitoring service, which checks it every minute from the U.S., and so far we have 100% uptime.
