The BUY AND SELL forum right now has a problem in that new members can post items there but can't access the PM system. Therefore in the future new members will not be enabled to post in the BUY AND SELL forum. For now it is voluntary (new members: don't post any ads here in BUY AND SELL). A new member is one with under a certain number of posts who has been registered under a certain period of time. New members will continue to have privileges to read what has been posted for sale.
