Lawyer recommendations

Hi there,

I'm getting closer to investing in my first piece of land - can anone recommend a good lawyer?

The land is in the Krabi province, but advice I have received so far leans towards getting a solicitor from a different province incase they have a vested 'interest' or 'connection' with the alledged land owner

In the past we've used http://www.tillekeandgibbins.com, very reputable, but not cheap. ( Iguess you get what you pay for).

Get them to advise you on Usufructs and Leases

Thank you, dozer, for deleting the spam of a guy who even spams under the nick of another person. Just want to make clear that the KoratCat who is posting on many forums in Thailand since more than two years is not this identity thief S. Better watch out when using his and his friends' "law and real estate services", no matter how many recommendations for himself with other people's pseudonyms he posted on forums.

But I am honoured by his apparent evaluation of my nick pulling much weight in recommending trustworthy persons.
