Hello all,
My name is Karel and I'm in Thailand for 3 years now living with my thai spouse Nisa and daughter Viki. We plan to build house in Aranyapratet area where we have already land approx 50x50m with ruin of old house on it.
I'm reading this site for several weeks now and it is really useful for our planning and future decisions.
Our plan is to remove all "jungle", old house construction and make well and water tower this year and start with house building next year. We did not choose type of house yet but our favourite is one build by ThaiPete.
