Detect Ground Rod Fault

Is there any device you can get which can detect a fault in your main ground wire to the ground rod, and automatically trips main CB for the whole house ?

Thanks but I am more thinking about automatically monitoring the integrity of link between earth bar of the consumer box and earth rod , a kind of early warning system of lost earth.

ELMs or Earth Leakage Monitors can be purchased in Thailand. Try this Thai Company http://www.smeinter.co.th/
